Edwards Chief Executive Officer.  David brings over 35 years’ experience to MotioSens and has a proven record of achievement in the USA and overseas, including running a NASDAQ Small Cap company.  An expert in leadership and managing rapid growth, he is passionate about making a difference in people’s lives. He recognized the potential for MotioSens, based on personal experience with his parents, and also hearing from many of his professional colleagues and friends looking for technology solutions for their aging loved-ones.

Peter G. Jacobs Founder & Chief Technology Officer/ Ph.D (OHSU).  Assistant Professor, Department of Biomedical Engineering, OHSU, and Research Investigator at the Portland VA Hospital.   Research focus is on 1) ubiquitous computing for delivering home-based health care solutions, (2) hearing science, specifically hearing aid signal processing, and (3) medical device development for diabetes. He was a founding member of Dexcom (DXCM), and as Director of Engineering helped start i-Sense, which has subsequently been sold to Bayer Health

Eric A. Wan

For the past 20 years, she has focused on strategic planning and new product development, primarily within the healthcare industry. She has been an active participant, providing hands-on guidance to early-stage companies developing innovative products. She has participated in due diligence efforts and negotiations leading to successful exits totaling in excess of $143 million.
